Job summary

London South Bank University is seeking an Estates Data Analyst to lead the management, analysis and development of space and workplace data across its estate. The role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights to guide space planning, estate strategy and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with complex datasets to inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of IWMS or CAFM systems and comparable property data platforms.
• Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
• Experience in space management, workplace analytics or real estate analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of database management, data integration and governance.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining space and property data within the University's IWMS.
• Analyzing occupancy, utilization and building performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Developing dashboards and reporting tools for a range of stakeholders.
• Supporting feasibility studies, business cases, space audits, occupancy reviews and workplace transformation projects.
• Contributing to the LSBU Group Space Strategy through data analysis and modelling.
• Championing evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement in space management.
