Job summary

Queen Mary University of London is seeking a Space Manager to plan and advise on campus space planning options and requirements, reporting to the Head of Space Planning. You will lead space and workplace strategies, build an evidence base from utilisation data and benchmarks, and collaborate with internal clients to ensure spaces are fit for purpose.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading space and workplace strategies at a senior level.
• Experience in a Higher Education environment preferred.
• Production and analysis of utilisation data; establishing benchmarks and scenario plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and advise on campus space planning options and space requirements for short, medium and long term.
• Lead development and implementation of space and workplace strategies at a senior level.
• Establish an evidence base for space management including utilisation data and benchmarks; forecast demand for space.
