Job summary

Cabot Learning Federation is seeking an experienced Estates Contracts Manager to join our Estates and Facilities team. You will oversee a diverse range of contracts, drive contractor performance, ensure compliance and deliver value across our growing network of schools.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Estates & Facilities, you will manage supplier relationships, maintain high service standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to support ongoing estate improvements across CLF.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering contracts with measurable improvements and value.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of organisational structures, systems and processes.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse range of estates contracts and supplier relationships.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance and value.
• Collaborate with the Estates & Facilities team to drive improvements.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide sound risk-based decisions.
