Bishop's Stortford College is seeking an Estates Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Estates Department. The role coordinates planned preventative maintenance, maintains compliance records and CAFM systems, and assists with health and safety administration.
Working closely with the Maintenance & Building Compliance Supervisor and the Estates management team, the post holder will help ensure regulatory obligations are met and day-to-day Estates operations run
The Estates Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Estates Department, helping to ensure the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the College estate. The role is responsible for coordinating planned preventative maintenance activities, maintaining compliance records and CAFM systems, and assisting with health and safety administration. Working closely with the Maintenance & Building Compliance Supervisor, and the Estates management team, the post holder will play a key role in ensuring regulatory obligations are met, accurate records are maintained, and day-to-day Estates operations are delivered effectively.
