Job summary

Sanctuary Group in West Bromwich is seeking an Estate Technician to join our voids team. Based in West Bromwich, the role involves clearing and cleaning void properties after tenants move out, including removal of bulk waste and preparing homes for new occupants.

You will work in a two-person team, share driving duties, and must hold a full UK driving licence. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–16:00pm.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and cleaning void properties and preparing them for new occupants.
• Removal of bulk waste and disposal at designated sites.
• Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage.
• Carrying out compliance checks.
• Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a usable condition.
• Providing accurate information and updates on progress of allocated work.
