Sanctuary Group is seeking an Estate Technician for the West Bromwich area to join our voids team. The role involves clearing and cleaning void properties after tenants move out, disposing of waste, and preparing homes for new occupants.

You will work in a two-person team and use our waste removal app to ensure proper disposal at designated sites. Development opportunities exist within the team to help you grow your skills and career.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment.
• This role will involve driving on company business. Drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Clearing and cleaning void properties
• Removal of bulk waste
• Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage
• Carrying out compliance checks
• Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
• Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
