Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking an Estate Executive for a 6-month FTC, covering the North and Central Regions. The role can be based at St Helens, Birmingham, or Gateshead depots with regular travel to sites across the North East and Central regions.

You will support Estate Managers and Portfolio Partnership Managers, handle reporting, quotes, orders, and invoices, and ensure contract fulfilment while collaborating with Operations, Construction, Marketing and H&S teams.

Qualifications

• Highly organised and accurate administrator.
• Good knowledge of IT systems such as Word and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical skills.
• Customer facing skills desirable.
• Clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estate Manager with reporting and analysis on Estate Management activity/contract performance.
• Raise quotes, orders & invoices and liaise with the Construction team on delivery.
• Liaise with the construction team on delivery timetables and address related issues.
• Provide support to Delivery and Operations Administrations teams as required.
• Support internal and external correspondence for efficient administration delivery.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain the Acorn Salesforce CRM system with accurate data.
