Crest Nicholson is seeking an Estate Manager in Addlestone for a 1-year fixed term contract. You will manage fire and health & safety compliance, oversee service charge accounting, and guide residents from handover to occupancy, while supporting agent retendering and mobilisation.

Collaborating with Technical Managers, you’ll ensure timely handover milestones and clear risk reporting to the Director of Property Portfolio, maintaining a proactive, resident-focused approach.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in residential property/estate management including fire and health & safety compliance.
• Knowledge of service charge accounting and RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code.
• Experience managing agents and leading retender processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and resident-facing communication.

Aufgaben

• Own fire and health & safety compliance across assigned sites, including HRBs.
• Oversee service charge accounting, budgeting and reconciliation across assigned sites.
• Manage the resident customer journey through the handover process, acting as an escalation point for resident queries.
• Support the retendering of poorly performing managing agents, including drafting specifications, evaluating tenders and managing mobilisation.
• Work with Technical Managers to ensure compliance and service charge matters are resolved ahead of handover milestones.
• Report compliance and risk status regularly to the Director of Property Portfolio escalating material issues promptly.
