Salary: upto £55,000 + bonus + Exceptional Benefits + enhanced pension at 9.5%

This is a pivotal role where you’ll be at the heart of estate operations, working alongside building managers, technical services managers, and overseeing on-site contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of a prominent mixed-use estate

Oversee service delivery through close coordination with contractors and service partners

Support and collaborate with building and technical services managers

Maintain excellent estate standards and ensure full compliance across all operations

Monitor budgets, assist in financial reporting, and drive energy-efficient initiatives

Liaise with residents, tenants, and stakeholders to deliver a first-class estate experience

About You:

Problem solver with the ability to resolve queries in a timely and professional manner

Methodical, highly organised, and attentive to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills

Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team

Self-disciplined, confident, proactive, and accurate

Required Skills (Essential):

3rd Party / Contractor Management

Basic IT proficiency (e.g., Outlook, Excel, systems reporting)

Energy awareness and commitment to sustainable practices

Financial management and budget handling

Solid Health & Safety knowledge and compliance awareness

Fabric management and upkeep of communal areas

Project management experience, ideally within a commercial or mixed-use setting
