Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join the Estates Team, covering Rochdale, Heywood Crumpsall and surrounding areas of North Manchester. This full-time, permanent role focuses on high-quality gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of internal communal areas, on-site liaison with residents and contractors.

You will report issues such as repairs, fly-tipping and safeguarding concerns to help keep communities safe, attractive, and well cared for.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience of delivering grounds maintenance across a variety of sites and garden types.
• Experience and knowledge of lawn, shrub and plant care.
• Proven experience of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks within Health & Safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality gardening and grounds maintenance across sites and internal communal areas.
• Clean and maintain internal communal areas as required.
• Report responsive repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti, and safeguarding concerns to help maintain safe communities.
• Represent Guinness on-site and build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
