Sanctuary Group is seeking an Estate Technician to join our team in Banbury. You will perform grounds maintenance, cleaning, and general handyperson duties across a portfolio of sites, ensuring safety and high standards of presentation.

The role requires hands-on experience, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will need a UK driving licence and relevant certs, with a supportive employer offering development and a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Hands-on maintenance and cleaning experience.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to obtain required certificates to meet role requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out routine grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks across sites.
• Deliver effective cleaning across multiple sites.
• Undertake general maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensure all work is conducted safely and in line with health and safety rules.
• Monitor site conditions and report issues promptly; keep clear progress logs.
• Provide clear information and guidance to customers; maintain daily records.
• Drive company vehicle when required and maintain tools and equipment.
