Sanctuary Group is seeking an Estate Technician for our Liverpool-based Estate Services team. The role involves maintenance and caretaking across housing schemes, offices, and residences, including repairs to fences, gates, and paving.

You will support grounds maintenance, safety checks, and daily record-keeping in a not-for-profit organisation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment with wellbeing and staff networks.

Formación

• Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience in a domestic/cleaning environment.
• Role involves driving on company business; must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Clearing and cleaning offices and communal areas within housing schemes, void properties and tenanted homes.
• Removal of bulk waste.
• Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage.
• Carrying out compliance checks.
• Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a usable condition.
• Providing accurate information and updates on progress of allocated work.
