Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an Estate Assistant to join its Estates Team across Mortlake, Hammersmith and surrounding areas on a full-time, permanent basis. You will perform gardening and grounds maintenance, clean internal communal areas, and act as the on-site representative, building positive relationships with residents and contractors while reporting repairs and safeguarding concerns.

You will work safely within Health & Safety guidelines and contribute to safe, attractive

Qualifications

Proven grounds maintenance experience across various sites.
Experience with lawn, shrub and plant care.
Strong customer service and resident liaison skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision within H&S guidelines.
Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including COSHH and PPE.
Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

Carry out gardening, grounds maintenance and cleaning of internal communal areas.
Serve as on-site Guinness representative and engage with residents, colleagues and contractors.
Report responsive repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti, and safeguarding concerns.
Ensure work meets required standards and maintain tidy, welcoming outdoor spaces.
