Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property?

Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position?

If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you.

A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential for this role!

Responsibilities:

• Sales of residential properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Prospecting for market appraisals, viewings and cross-sales

Requirements:

• Outstanding Estate Agent with business acumen and charisma
• Strong selling and closing skills
• Successful track record in Estate Agency
• Genuine enjoyment of dealing with people in a business context
• Passion for delivering superior customer service
• Drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity
• A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience

Car Allowance: £2,000 per annum
