A leading estate agency in Greater London is looking for a Property Sales Agent to manage sales from inception to completion. This role requires strong sales skills and effective communication. Responsibilities include generating business through phone calls and conducting property viewings. Candidates should ideally have estate agency experience or a strong background in sales. A vehicle is necessary. Competitive initial salary plus commission potential will lead to earnings up to £40,000 in the first year.

Initial 6‑month guaranteed salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (pro‑rata, dependent on the individual).
After the guarantee: Basic salary up to £18,000 plus realistic on‑target earnings of £35,000 – £40,000 in year 1, rising in year 2.
Commission Structure: 5% personal sales commission + 2.5% personal commission for booking the PMA (Property Market Appraisal). Total potential commission on a sold property is 7.5%.
Additional perks include 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.
