Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd in Greater London is seeking an Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager who can lead a high-performing team and drive growth in a busy office. You will win new business, mentor staff and maintain professional standards throughout the sales process.

With at least five years in estate agency including valuations and instruction gaining, you will manage performance to hit targets. A generous package includes a basic salary up to £35,000 and OTE £60,000–£70,000, plus a

Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

• Are you a Branch Manager wanting more or are you a high performing Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or strong Lister wanting to progress with your career?
• Are you a DYNAMIC and INSPIRATIONAL leader of people?
• On target earnings on offer of £60,000 to £70,000.
• 6 month initial salary guarantee of £60,000 to £70,000 with then a performance related bonus for a further 6 months.
• Also being offered is an impressive basic salary of up to £35,000.
• In addition you will have the option of a company car or a £4,000 car allowance.
• 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week).
