Job summary

Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals is excited to present an Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager role. The successful candidate will oversee a team of experienced agents, act as MD's right hand, and drive listings and sales for a market-leading independent estate agency with a family feel.

The position demands at least 3 years in estate agency, including valuations and instruction gains.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Estate Agency industry is required and must include practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.
• Strong leadership to motivate a team and drive targets.
• Ability to develop new business and listings for the branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage a team of experienced agents.
• Be the right hand to the Managing Director, overseeing brand and targets.
• Oversee listings and drive sales performance for the office (≈£700k–£750k in sales).
• Maintain professional approach to every aspect of selling homes.

Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

• Basic salary £30,000 with realistic on target earnings of £80,000.


• Every other Saturday working.


• You will work for a market leading independent Estate Agents with very much the family feel to it where everyone is valued.


• You will manage a team of experienced Agents and be the right hand to the Managing Director overseeing a strong brand, setting targets and you will be the main Lister in an office that does between £700,000 and £750,000 in sales.


• 2025 saw the office do 190 listings with 120 sales.
