Job summary

Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals is seeking an enthusiastic Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager to join a market leading independent agency with a family feel. You will lead a team of experienced Agents, drive listings, set targets, and work closely with the Managing Director as the main Lister in an office doing £700,000–£750,000 in sales.

This role requires at least 3 years in estate agency with valuations and instruction experience; basic salary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in estate agency with valuations and instruction gaining.

• Win new business and maintain strong client relationships.

Estate Agent Branch Sales Manager

• Basic salary £30,000 with realistic on target earnings of £80,000.


• Every other Saturday working.


• You will work for a market leading independent Estate Agents with very much the family feel to it where everyone is valued.


• You will manage a team of experienced Agents and be the right hand to the Managing Director overseeing a strong brand, setting targets and you will be the main Lister in an office that does between £700,000 and £750,000 in sales.


• 2025 saw the office do 190 listings with 120 sales.
