Estate Agent Assistant Sales Manager / Lister

Basic salary to £25,000 plus £3,000 car allowance or company car with an initial salary guarantee of £40,000 with on‑target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000.

Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days and increasing with service. One Saturday off in three.

This well established and forward‑thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through sales and listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.
