Connells Group is seeking a highly motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our Bairstow Eves residential sales team in Purley. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers while driving business results, including valuations, viewings, negotiations and progressing sales.

Ideal candidates will have sales experience, a proven ability to generate new business, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Previous sales experience is ideal.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
