Job summary

Burchell Edwards, part of Connells Group, is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator for the Shirley branch in Birmingham. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, booking valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion.

The candidate should be sales-driven, capable of generating new business, and possess strong communication and IT skills, plus a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
