Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking an Estate Agency Training Manager to design, develop and deliver training for circa 250 colleagues across our UK network. The role offers remote work with mandatory travel to training sites, leading apprenticeships and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

You will develop manuals, support multiple departments and drive performance improvements across the group. Ideally you hold a degree with CIPD in Learning and Development and will manage learning platforms,

Qualifications

• Willingness to design, develop and deliver training programmes for 250 colleagues
• Experience with procedural compliance and legislative training requirements
• Familiarity with apprenticeships and assessments (Level 2/3)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes to improve performance in sales and customer experience
• Deliver training that meets compliance and legislative requirements
• Develop and maintain training manuals reflecting policy and legal standards
• Support Operations in developing and updating manuals
• Coordinate apprenticeships and assist in special projects
• Manage training projects, including blended learning and e-learning
• Aim for a 100% course completion rate for apprenticeships
