Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to cover Sunderland, Teesside and Durham postcodes. You will service, maintain and repair fire alarm and security systems, performing fault-finding to achieve first-fix solutions where possible.

Applicants should be familiar with British Standards, FIA units 1+5, and have experience in fire systems; training is available for GENT and Notifier. An outgoing, proactive personality is essential to manage your workload and embody the

• Good knowledge of the British Standards.
• Knowledge of FIA units 1 + 5.
• Experience in Fire Systems.
• Knowledge of GENT and/or Notifier (training can be given).
• Outgoing and proactive personality to manage own work and uphold company values.

Fire and Security Engineer

Location: Sunderland/Teesside/Durham County

Our client isa highly recognised, industry leading Fire and Security business and is growing rapidly. Due to their expansion, they are seeking a Fire and Security Engineer to join the team covering Sunderland, Teesside and Durham postcodes

Fire bias engineers will be considered!

The Role

• To carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and small works
• To work with a variety of fire alarm and security systems
• Fault finding to conduct a 1st fix solution where possible
• To work to the British Standards at all times
• Maintain a good reputation on behalf of our client is a must.

The Candidate

• Good knowledge of the British Standards
• Knowledge of FIA units 1 + 5
• Experience in Fire Systems
• Knowledge of GENT and/or Notifier (desirable but not essential as training can be given)
