Job summary

Fairmont Hamilton Princess & Beach Club in Bermuda is seeking an enthusiastic barista to join our coffee shop team. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffees, smoothies, and pastries with precision, while delivering warm, personalized guest service in a fast‑paced luxury setting.

Experience in specialty coffee and POS systems is preferred, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. This role is based on site at our iconic Pink Palace.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee craft: bean knowledge, grinding, extraction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted espresso-based beverages, brewed coffees, and teas with precision.
• Calibrate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Provide warm, personalized guest service and make beverage recommendations.
• Handle counter and tables service, set up espresso and cold bars, and manage daily stock.
