Qualifications

• Three years general culinary, pastry/baking, or butchery in a luxury hotel environment.
• Documented culinary certification (Red Seal, Journeyman or equivalent) preferred.
• One year international experience preferred and strong culinary skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain doughs and rotation of baked products.
• Ensure bakery equipment is clean and immaculate daily.
• Quality check products and monitor handling in use areas.
• Teach and train others on breads and bakery items.
