Job summary

BM Caterers, a multi-award-winning contract catering company, is seeking a trained Barista to join our team. You’ll craft espresso drinks, other hot beverages and serve customers with a warm, engaging attitude while handling tills accurately.

You’ll respond to dietary needs and ensure a welcoming counter experience. You’ll excel in a busy service environment, manage queues when busy, and support merchandising and stock rotation to keep great-ready food and drinks available all day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service environment dealing with customers.
• Good communication and ability to engage with customers.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating tills.
• Ability to adapt to changing service needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot beverages to a high standard.
• Engage with customers and ensure a first-class service.
• Manage queues during busy periods and assist with stock rotation.
