Job summary

Soho House in Oxfordshire is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and beverages to members and guests. You will prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages, maintain equipment, and provide warm, knowledgeable service in a busy, high-profile venue.

You'll work with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service, handle orders and payments, and participate in ongoing training and team events. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all coffee and tea beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain coffee machinery, cleaning, and calibration daily.
• Engage with members professionally and personalize service.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with management for replenishment.
• Work with wider F&B team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.
