The post is paid on Scale H of the Support Staff pay scale with pro rata salaries from £9,890.57 to £10,526.07 per annum, based on qualifications and experience. The full-time equivalent ranges £29,586 to £31,487.

Responsibilities

• Lead group pastoral and personal development activities for ESOL learners.
• Provide one-to-one tutoring and coaching to enhance wellbeing and study skills.
• Collaborate with staff to support safeguarding and contribute to PEP meetings.
