Job summary

Sanofi in the UK & Ireland seeks an Environment & Sustainability Coordinator for a VIE contract to help drive sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting across the business. You’ll coordinate activities, analyse data, engage stakeholders, and contribute to environmental programmes with a focus on practical ESG delivery.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, data-driven decision making, and opportunities to develop expertise in sustainability reporting and project management

Qualifications

• Interest in sustainability, environmental management, or ESG topics.
• Experience working with data, reporting or project coordination would be beneficial.
• Experience collaborating with different stakeholders or teams.
• Previous internship, placement or work experience in sustainability, environment or business functions would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sustainability and carbon reduction projects across the UK & Ireland in line with National Health Service (NHS) requirements.
• Collect, analyse, and report environmental and vehicle carbon emission performance data.
• Assist with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, sustainability assessments and benchmarking activities.
• Work with teams across the business to identify and implement sustainability improvements.
• Coordinate meetings, action plans and progress tracking for sustainability initiatives.
• Create engaging communications and awareness campaigns to promote sustainable behaviours.
• Support environmental management system activities and continuous improvement projects.
