Job summary

M3 EU delivers market research and healthcare technology services to large pharmaceutical clients across Europe. This role owns the sustainability compliance programme end to end, including EcoVadis submissions, policy audits, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in ESG/compliance, experience with questionnaires and MSAs, and knowledge of carbon accounting. Hybrid work with standard benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sustainability/ESG/compliance with EcoVadis submissions.
• Experience responding to client sustainability questionnaires, ideally in a B2B, pharmaceutical or healthcare-facing environment.
• Experience supporting contract/MSA negotiations is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of carbon accounting principles and GHG data collection.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain EcoVadis submissions for business unit entities and improve scores year over year.
• Audit sustainability policies and the employee handbook for consistency and correct application.
• Complete client sustainability questionnaires and RFP sections on time.
• Support MSA negotiations by supplying sustainability information requested by clients.
• Maintain supplier sustainability due diligence aligned with UK/EU requirements.
• Keep sustainability policies and internal documentation audit-ready and up to date.
• Meet external deadlines for EcoVadis renewals, SBTi and ISO 14064, and CDP input.
• Track regulatory developments (CSRD, UK reporting) and flag impacts for obligations.
• Maintain emissions, energy and waste data for reporting and disclosures.
• Contribute to M3's thought leadership through webinars and client calls.
