Bidwells is seeking a proactive Sustainability & ESG Coordinator to drive our environmental, social and governance ambitions. You’ll coordinate data collection, reporting and compliance across the business, translating sustainability goals into practical actions with senior stakeholders.

You’ll support the ESG strategy, ISO 14001 management and B Corp certification activities, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and continuous improvement across our operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental management.
• Knowledge of SECR, ESOS, ISO 14001 and carbon reduction planning.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail with audit trails.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and clear reporting.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate ESG, sustainability, carbon and energy data collection, validation and reporting.
• Maintain performance metrics and audit-ready evidence for ESG reporting.
• Track progress against ESG targets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support development of Bidwells' ESG Strategy.
• Support ISO 14001 environmental management system development and maintenance.
• Maintain environmental records and compliance registers.
• Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate audits.
• Coordinate B Corp certification and recertification activities.
• Gather information for certification, reporting and compliance.
• Manage reporting calendars and deadlines.
