• Knowledge of international ESG frameworks is essential.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• ESG Strategy & Governance: Lead ESG strategy development, maintain roadmap, run governance meetings and track progress.
• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee annual ESG reporting and disclosures to international standards.
• Carbon & Sustainability: Manage emissions reporting (Scope 1-3) and improvement plans.
• Data & Performance: Coordinate ESG data collection, validation and KPI reporting.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Track ESG legislation and standards and advise leadership.
• Customer & Tender Support: Respond to ESG requests in proposals and benchmarking.
• Materiality & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct materiality assessments and engage stakeholders.
• Product Sustainability: Integrate sustainability into product design and lifecycle.
• Responsible Supply Chain: Strengthen responsible sourcing and supplier ESG requirements.
• Social Value & Employee Engagement: Support community initiatives and engagement programmes.
• Policies & Continuous Improvement: Maintain ESG policies aligned with ISO 14001 where applicable.
• Internal Awareness: Drive ESG training and communications across the organisation.
