Job summary

Sepura is seeking an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager to lead the development, governance and delivery of our ESG strategy across the Product, People, Planet and Principle pillars. You will embed ESG considerations into decision‑making and management systems, and lead internal and external ESG reporting.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Product Management and Operations to integrate sustainability into products and processes, and you will coordinate ESG data collection,

Qualifications

• Degree level education in finance/business or technical field.
• Knowledge of global ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, CSRD and related frameworks.
• Experience coordinating ESG reporting across a global supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional ESG projects and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ESG strategy development, governance and delivery across pillars.
• Oversee data collection, validation, controls and ESG metrics reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external ESG disclosures and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor ESG legislation and standards and advise senior management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and Operations to embed sustainability into products and processes.
• Support social value and employee-engagement initiatives with measurable objectives.
