Job summary

Sepura Ltd is seeking an ESG Manager to lead the development, governance and delivery of the company's ESG strategy across Product, People, Planet and Principles pillars. You will embed ESG considerations into decision-making and business systems, and drive internal and external ESG reporting and disclosures.

You will oversee data and performance, guide senior management on priorities, and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and Operations to embed sustainability into product

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating and presenting ESG metrics and disclosures.
• Experience reporting for global suppliers and public-sector clients.
• Strong project management with cross-functional coordination.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG governance and reporting across the organisation.
• Lead data collection, validation and improvement of ESG metrics.
• Oversee Scope 1-3 GHG accounting and reporting against reduction plans.
• Lead annual ESG reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with frameworks.
• Monitor ESG legislation and procurement requirements and advise senior management.
