Job summary

Landmark Legal is seeking an experienced ESG Lead to shape our ESG strategy, drive product development, and advise senior stakeholders across the Group. You will influence ESG outcomes, deliver measurable improvements, and ensure our services meet evolving customer needs.

We are looking for a commercially minded leader with 5+ years in ESG, strong reporting and benchmarking experience, and the ability to commercialize ESG offerings across markets. This role is based in Brighton.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' ESG, sustainability or environmental consulting experience.
• Experience developing and implementing ESG strategies and improvement plans.
• Strong knowledge of ESG reporting, benchmarking and performance measurement.
• Experience developing, delivering or selling ESG products and services.
• Ability to build credibility with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across levels.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery experience.
• Experience mentoring or developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESG strategy: develop and drive Landmark's ESG strategy and track performance against objectives.
• Lead ESG initiatives across the business with measurable outcomes and reporting.
• Benchmark ESG performance against industry standards and best practices.
• Research and stay ahead of ESG regulations, market developments and trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to create ESG solutions.
• Support growth by identifying ESG sales opportunities and bids.
• Coach junior colleagues and promote ESG awareness across the organization.
• Ensure high-quality delivery standards across ESG projects and reports.
