Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting an ESG Apprentice to deliver our ESG Plan, focusing on social value and environmental initiatives across rail client projects. You will engage communities, schools, and partners, supporting volunteering, schools talks, and employability sessions while contributing to recycling and carbon reduction efforts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteering opportunities for colleagues, including school visits and community projects.
• Develop relationships with local schools and colleges to deliver careers talks and workshops.
• Support work experience placements for young people with structured programs.
• Promote inclusive recruitment and pathways into work for under-represented groups.
• Assist with collecting ESG data and reporting for stakeholders.
