Simmons & Simmons in London is seeking a Responsible Business Manager to join the Pro Bono department. The role will support the firm's social impact and volunteering programmes while helping integrate ESG, sustainability and corporate responsibility considerations into its operations.

The successful candidate will have a broad remit covering responsible business strategy, ESG and regulatory reporting, charitable giving, social impact, responsible procurement, stakeholder engagement, governance

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge and experience in responsible business, CSR, ESG, sustainability or social impact.
• Experience supporting responsible business, ESG, regulatory or impact reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders within a complex organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and delivery of the firm's Responsible Business strategy.
• Conduct and support materiality assessments, theory of change, impact measurement and KPI monitoring.
• Lead responsible business, ESG and regulatory reporting activities.
• Coordinate the Sustainability and Impact Report, UN Global Compact submission and Modern Slavery Statement.
• Prepare updates and performance reports for senior stakeholders and internal committees.
• Provide ESG input for pitches, RFPs and client requests.
• Develop and implement responsible business policies and guidance.
• Coordinate annual charitable donations and trustee activities.
