Job summary

Schroders seeks a dedicated professional for its London-based Responsible Investment Solutions team. You will help integrate ESG into investment strategy, analytics and stewardship, while supporting UK pension, insurance and foundation client needs across the Solutions landscape.

You will contribute to ESG reporting, client communications and market initiatives, building expertise in responsible investing for institutional clients and advancing our ESG propositions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Responsible Investment Solutions and team in ESG client needs.
• Drive ESG proposition standards for fiduciary management and OCIO clients.
• Provide ESG reporting to meet UK pensions regulations and best practices.
• Respond to client queries, RFPs and third-party evaluator requests.
• Engage with client meetings and contribute to ESG initiatives and market propositions.
• Develop ESG content and perform quantitative analysis with client-tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with investment and sustainability teams to meet reporting needs.
• Build expertise in responsible investing for institutional clients over time.
