Job summary

UTAC is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support ESG, HR, and project management activities across the Group. You will own ESG reporting processes, coordinate data collection for carbon footprint, and develop project plans with the ESG Manager.

Stakeholder engagement across global locations and preparation of dashboards, reports and communications are key deliverables. The role offers exposure to ESG reporting, KPI management, and cross-functional project delivery, with the chance to develop

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent, preferred but not essential.
• Sustainability, Human Resources, Project Management support or related discipline desirable.
• Relevant ESG or reporting-related qualifications would be advantageous.
• Proven experience in project coordination, reporting or business improvement within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ESG reporting processes with accurate collection, validation and submission of sustainability KPIs across the Group.
• Lead the coordination of corporate carbon footprint data collection and support carbon accounting activities.
• Develop and monitor project plans with the ESG Manager, including governance, reporting schedules and action trackers.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across functions, departments and global locations.
• Produce and coordinate high-quality sustainability reports, dashboards, presentations and communications.
• Support selected Group HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain momentum and accountability, ensuring milestones and actions are delivered.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide support for UTAC Way Awards and other Group tasks as needed.
