Job summary

Experis is recruiting a D365 NAV/Business Central Functional Consultant for a major transformation programme in Northampton. The contract is hybrid, offering two days onsite weekly, and runs for 12 months to support a legacy ERP migration onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will gather and translate business requirements, configure core Business Central modules, and collaborate with project managers, developers and architects to ensure delivery, testing, and go-live readiness.

Contract | Hybrid - Northampton | £525 per day (Outside IR35) | 12 Months

The Opportunity

Experis UK are seeking an experienced D365 NAV/Business Central Functional Consultant to join a major transformation programme.

This is an initial 12-month contract, supporting a business-critical legacy ERP migration onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The Role

• Provide functional expertise across a D365 NAV/Business Central legacy ERP migration programme
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose D365 solutions
• Configure and support core Business Central modules throughout the migration
• Work closely with the Project Manager, developers, and technical architects to ensure successful delivery
• Support testing, training, and go-live activities across the transformation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a D365 NAV/Business Central Functional Consultant
• Strong background in legacy ERP migration and large-scale transformation projects
• Comfortable operating within a Microsoft Partner environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Available for hybrid working in Northampton (2 days a week)
