Job summary

Airwallex in London is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for enterprise partners, shopping carts, and payment gateways. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into actionable plans, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery from pre-sale through go-live.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in Product Delivery Management or Project Management of complex technology/financial services implementations.
• Experience delivering multi-stakeholder deployments in fintech/payments environments.
• Strong communication and leadership with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take agreed requirements and translate them into end-to-end delivery plans for client integrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to meet scope, time, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, privacy, risk, operations and product for timely approvals.
• Maintain governance, RAID logs, KPIs, and post‑launch reviews to improve playbooks.
• Track metrics like time-to-go-live and adherence to plan across regions.
