Warner Scott Recruitment is seeking an Associate Director to lead ERP-focused M&A engagements for a leading UK professional services network based in London. You will drive SAP integration projects, carve-outs and ERP separations, while managing multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.

Role emphasizes seniority, strategic advisory across due diligence to execution, and delivery excellence within a fast-growing Deal Execution practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP products, including SAP integration in post-merger scenarios or carve-outs.
• Track record leading complex ERP projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate or public sectors.
• Understanding of ERP modules such as Procurement, Materials Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Finance & Controlling.
• Strong grasp of deal lifecycle and IT contributions from due diligence to transitional service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and day-to-day delivery of complex ERP-focused M&A engagements, including SAP integration and carve-out projects.
• Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and other transactions, focusing on ERP implementation, separation and integration.
• Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on standard engagements.
• Proactively develop thought leadership and build a strong internal and external network.
• Inspire, motivate, coach and develop project team members, providing constructive 360-degree feedback.
