Job summary

Warner Scott Recruitment is seeking a Director-level Industrials sector specialist for a leading Corporate Finance advisory. The role guides clients from initial strategic review through to a successful sale or acquisition, drawing on senior relationships, sector depth and a broad network.

You will own the deal process from origination to completion, develop the team and shape the business with the firm’s scale and reach. Strong analytical vision and decisive leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• ACA/CFA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Significant M&A advisory experience.
• Track record of generating buy/sell mandates.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills with modelling.
• Deal execution across the full cycle.
• Gravitas and communication at all levels.
• Proven leadership of high-calibre teams.
• Drive to deliver results in Industrials.
