This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded M&A professional to take on a broad, client-facing role within an established yet entrepreneurial environment. The firm advises owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and mid-market clients across a wide range of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Leading and executing corporate finance assignments, including M&A (buy-side and sell-side), disposals, acquisitions, and strategic advisory projects
• Managing the preparation of information memoranda, financial models, valuations, and transaction documentation
• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients throughout transactions
• Coordinating with internal specialists (tax, audit, advisory) to deliver integrated solutions
• Supporting business development activity, including pitches and proposals
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work
• Ensuring assignments are delivered to a high technical and professional standard, on time and within budget

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate finance / M&A, gained within a professional services firm, boutique advisory, or similar environment
