Job summary

Liquidline is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a major NetSuite transformation program across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Experience. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage stakeholders and vendors, and drive process improvements to ensure a successful ERP rollout.

Key responsibilities include governance, reporting to SteerCo, business readiness, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering ERP, technology, or business transformation projects.
  • Strong project planning, governance and budget management capabilities.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with experience producing senior leadership and SteerCo reporting.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption initiatives.
  • Proactive, organised and results-focused approach to project delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to support the delivery of a major NetSuite transformation programme across the business. Working closely with our existing ERP Programme Lead, this role will play a key role in coordinating workstreams, supporting stakeholders, improving processes, and helping ensure a successful ERP rollout across Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Experience, and Field Services.

The Responsibilities of the ERP Project Manager
  • Prepare and present project status reports, steering committee (SteerCo) packs and executive updates.
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams, implementation partners and third-party vendors, including Staria, MoreIQ and other suppliers.
  • Manage assigned workstreams and sub-projects, ensuring alignment with overall ERP programme objectives.
  • Support business readiness through change management, stakeholder engagement and early adoption activities.
  • Monitor progress against agreed actions and manage escalations where intervention is required.
  • Coordinate internal resource allocation and workload planning across project teams.
  • Develop and deliver project communications including stakeholder updates and fortnightly programme communications.
  • Support scope definition, requirements gathering and delivery planning with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure project governance, documentation and reporting standards are maintained throughout the implementation.
