Hydro International, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations. You will drive end-to-end delivery, partner with senior stakeholders, solution architects, and business teams to translate strategy into successful deployments.

You will own the project lifecycle from discovery through go-live, hypercare and BAU transition, manage budgets, risks and resources, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM/Scrum Master) or similar
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications
• Significant experience delivering ERP implementation projects
• Experience managing system integrations, data migration, testing and go-live

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards
• Demonstrate track record of delivering enterprise ERP projects and leadership to navigate transformations
• Essential experience: ERP implementations, Dynamics ERP programmes, system integrations and data migration
• Technical knowledge: Dynamics 365 BC, Power Platform, APIs, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project

What You'll Be Doing As our ERP Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, leading the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 Business Central and wider Microsoft ecosystem solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end ERP implementations from discovery and design through to go-live, hypercare, and business-as-usual transition
• Managing project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, resources, dependencies, and governance
• Building and maintaining integrated project plans across ERP, CRM, Power Platform, data migration, integrations, testing, training, and change management
• Working closely with senior business leaders, project sponsors, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers
• Facilitating workshops, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment across all workstreams
• Providing clear project reporting, risk management, and executive-level updates
• Coordinating cross-functional delivery teams including consultants, architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and change specialists
• Driving business readiness, user adoption, cutover planning, and operational handover
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• You'll bring an excellent track record of delivering enterprise ERP projects and the leadership skills to navigate complex transformation programmes.
• Essential experience:
  • Significant experience managing ERP implementation projects
  • Proven success delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP programmes
  • Excellent Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
  • Experience managing system integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Technical knowledge:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management
  • Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Field Service
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
  • Enterprise integrations, APIs, data migration and reporting
  • Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project or similar tools
