Rise Social Inc. is seeking a Cloud Environment & Release Manager to own the Oracle Fusion ERP environment landscape across a major ERP transformation in London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Cloud Environment Manager or Release Lead in a complex technology programme.
• Hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud environments (or similar enterprise SaaS ERP).
• Knowledge of quarterly SaaS release cycles and patch management.
• Experience with environment refreshes, cloning, and deployment governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Own planning, scheduling, and execution of Oracle Fusion quarterly patching across Development, Test, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
• Coordinate environment refreshes, cloning, and release deployments in line with programme priorities.
• Manage release calendars, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure downtime notifications, change controls, and risk assessments are completed and communicated.
• Partner with Programme Director, technical leads, and business stakeholders to plan environment activities.
• Prepare evidence and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
• Develop and implement a repeatable release and patch management framework for long-term operational success.
