Job summary

Southern Water seeks an ERP Functional Platform Manager to lead the Digital Corporate & Customer Application team across SAP, Workday and Coupa, delivering support, maintenance and project initiatives within the ERP estate in a hybrid role based at Durrington.

You will define KPIs, manage a high-performing team, collaborate with application vendors and business leads, and drive core platform capabilities in line with AMP8 investment and strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Knowledge of SAP IS-Utilities solution
Proven understanding of SAP IS-U, CRM, FI, HR, SRM processes
Experience working in an Agile/DevOps delivery framework

Responsibilities

Develop, Motivate & Grow the team to maximise utilisation and retention
Deliver a team that can Deliver, Support & Improve core capabilities of the applications
Lead the Digital Corporate & Customer Functional Team, aligning with key strategies and roadmaps
Collaborate with Application Managers to ensure Platform meets and exceeds expectations
Define good practice models across Functional Application team
Work with resource partners to understand resourcing models and opportunities
Work closely with application vendors to understand roadmap and direction
Work with Business Leads to understand business strategy and priority
