Southern Water is seeking an Asset Application Delivery Manager in Falmer, Brighton. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office) and permanent, full-time with an on-call rota.

You’ll lead a team managing ~50 enterprise applications, ensuring performance, security and continuous improvement across a complex technology landscape. Managing contracts worth about £5 million, you’ll collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to maintain resilience and service continuity, driving major incident

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational service management of wholesale platforms and technologies.
• Own and govern IT Service Management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Manage SLA performance, resilience, and platform availability.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team of support specialists and outsourced providers.
• Oversee onboarding of new products and changes into support environments.
