Job summary

Southern Water is seeking an ERP Functional Platform Manager in Worthing/Durrington, West Sussex, to lead the Digital Corporate & Customer Application team across SAP, Workday and Coupa in a hybrid working model.

You'll drive delivery, support and improvement of core ERP capabilities, define KPIs with the Head of Corporate & Customer Platforms, and partner with vendors and business leads to align roadmaps with AMP8 objectives.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten years' practical experience leading delivery & support teams.
• Experience in hybrid working with permanent, contract and partner resources.
• Excellent team management and stakeholder skills.
• Budget management experience (OPEX & CAPEX).
• Knowledge of SAP IS-Utilities is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, motivate & grow the team to maximise retention.
• Lead the team to Deliver, Support & Improve core application capabilities.
• Lead the Digital Corporate & Customer Functional Team, aligning with strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Application Managers to ensure platform meets expectations.
• Define best-practice models across the Functional Application team.
